Application: Jesus taught in parables so that we can understand what He is like, what His Father is like and what the kingdom of God is like.

Overview of the Workshops:
Faith City Theatre: Children will view the Parables of Jesus DVD.
Treehouse: Children will discuss the Parable of the Rich Fool and will create a page in their journals to remember the story.
Time Machine: Children will discuss the Parable of the Prodigal Son and participate in an interactive storytelling.
Faith City Diner: Children will discuss the Parable of the Dinner while participating in “The Great Supper” complete with dinner etiquette, table settings.
Each week, Faith City distributes the "Faith City News" via email. Faith City News explains to parents, teachers, grandparents, and church members, what is happening in Faith City, as well as upcoming Children's Ministry events.
